Once the design process is nearing completion we will start to provide support for your new school website and blog if applicable. We offer on-site training, telephone support and email support for this purpose. There are no limits on how many times you can ring or email us for help in the first year of your new website going live.
2 hours training are included in the price of the website for as many staff members as needed so that everyone is fully competent in updating the website going forward. The Content Management System used for your website and your blog is the same popular interface used by millions of people across the internet. We use it because it's so easy!
As well as training, we offer 12 months of phone support for new websites so if you ever get stuck or something appears to go wrong, we are only a phone call away to help assist you with your query. If we can’t solve the query there and then we will work it out and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
We also offer email support and an online chat facility. This way you can speak to any member of the team with ease, who will be able to assist you with your query. For blogs, we have an online extensive knowledgebase that answers almost every common query, as well as online help in the form of a ticketing system.
